Traditional Chinese Medicine is a style of traditional Asian medicine modified by modern medicine but relies on more than 2,500 years of Chinese medical practice that includes various forms of herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage (tuina), exercise (qigong, tai chi) and dietary therapy. Its philosophy is based on Yingyangism (i.e. the combination of Five Phases theory with Yin-Yang theory), which was later absorbed by Daoism.
