The Initiative für Ausbildung in Anthroposophischer Medizin e.V. [Initiative for Training in Anthroposophic Medicine] is a german non-profit association for the promotion of professional training, student assistance, science and research in anthroposophic medicine.

The association was founded in 2008 by Philipp Busche and others and since then has focused on supporting medical and psychology students in their training in anthroposophic medicine and research projects through various scholarship programs. Interprofessional conference participation is also supported for other professional groups. The initiative offers individual grants and scholarships. Funding is primarily provided in German-speaking countries, in individual cases also internationally. In addition to funding for individuals, funding opportunities are offered for projects.
