The Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine has been created in 1994 with a focus on education.[1] It has co-founded the Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine, with Duke University and the University of Massachusetts.[1] The center has been named after Andrew Weil.
