SEKEM Medical center is providing integrative and anthroposophic medical care. It is located in Bilbeis near Cairo, Egypt. The SEKEM Medical Center is providing both services to SEKEM employees, students and surrounding 40.000 community members.[1] It was founded in 1995.[2]
The Medical Center Comprises the Following Health Services: General practitioner and Family Physician, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Dentistry, Ear, Nose and Throat, Minor and General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.[1] There is a focus on hepatitis C.[3]
